This package is for families that are dealing with sleep challenges that will take a bit of time to address such as sleep associations, short naps, early risings, multiple night wakings, and more.

  • Pre-consultation form and analysis
  • 45 minute video or phone consultation
  • A personalized sleep plan sent within 48h of video/phone consultation
  • A step by step process to reach the discussed sleep goals
  • 30 minute video or phone consultation in addition to the initial consultation (to be used during your two-week package)
  • Unlimited support via WhatsApp text and email (available Monday to Sunday 9am-9pm CET)
  • 15 minute wrap up video or phone call to conclude our time and discuss any remaining questions you might have.

Step 3: Consultation & Support
Our journey continues with ongoing support as you implement the personalized sleep plan. Through regular virtual check-ins, I'll address any questions, concerns, or adjustments needed to ensure your child's sleep progress. I'm here to provide guidance, encouragement, and expertise every step of the way.
Step 4: Closing & Follow Up
We'll celebrate your accomplishments, and offer guidance on maintaining these newfound sleep habits. We may also discuss options for ongoing support, such as periodic check-ins, to ensure that healthy sleep habits endure.
