- 45 minute video or phone consultation
- A personalized sleep plan sent within 48h of video/phone consultation
- A step by step process to reach the discussed sleep goals
- 30 minute video or phone consultation in addition to the initial consultation (to be used during your two-week package)
- Unlimited support via WhatsApp text and email (available Monday to Sunday 9am-9pm CET)
- 15 minute wrap up video or phone call to conclude our time and discuss any remaining questions you might have.
